Water based lacquer and glue in one. For napkin technique on porcelain. Technique: Apply thin coat lacquer to porcelain where the motif is to be placed. Remove uppermost layer of napkin. Position motif on the porcelain. Thinnly brush over with the lacquer. Let dry. Bake at 130°C in the oven for 90 minutes. Waterproof and dishwasher-safe. Mix well before use. Use water to thin paint and for brush clean up. Close plastic bottle immediately after use. Protect from frost and heat.
